Memberships

The Difference: Some spas require you to pay a substantial package fee upfront for discounts on services. In contrast, we allow you to pay monthly instead (with no sign up costs) so you can spread out your skincare expenses and adjust memberships options as desired throughout the year.

How it Works: Make it custom! Choose your preferred treatments (after a complimentary consultation if desired) and the frequency of those treatments. For example, if you choose our Elite Facial on a monthly basis, your cost will be $95 (regularly $175) – a savings of $80. If you choose to have the Elite Facial twice a month, your monthly cost will be $140 (regularly $350) – a savings of  $210. We offer membership options for facial services as well as body treatments, and your membership is honored at both Smart Skin Med Spa locations.

Additional Perks: Discounts on single service treatments and jump start packages; discounts for referrals and on select treatment gift cards (inquire for more details).

Your annual membership will be automatically renewed at the same rate unless you provide two weeks notice by filling out the cancellation form either in house or under the membership form located HERE. If you miss a regularly scheduled appointment under the program, you will not forfeit that treatment, instead it will roll over to the next month, provided you give 24-hour notice for cancellation and your membership is in good standing. You may upgrade your membership at any time. If you relocate out of state, you will need to give a month’s notice to cancel your membership. We will provide a form for you to fill out and return.

Membership Terms and Policies

Arrival Time and Late Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.

 Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the full treatment. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

 Reservations and Cancellation

Your med spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours notice to avoid being charged the full price of your missed treatments. First, missed appointment will be a warning. Second, missed appointment you will be charged full price of your missed treatments. If you do give a 24-hours notice your service will roll over to the next month. We recognize the time of our clients and our Doctors, Hair Stylists, and Estheticians time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our Doctors, Hair Stylists, and Estheticians for their time as well as make up for the loss of other clients.

Appointment Request

 You may request an appointment with aesthetician or hair stylist of choice but it’s not always guaranteed. If on the day of your appointment we inform you that your request is not available, we will have another aesthetician or hair stylist will do your service. If you deny service on the day of scheduled treatment, you will forfeit your treatment and no refund will be given. (Only applies towards hair facials and blowouts)

Contacting Employee at Smart Skin

We prohibit contacting employees about scheduling appointments, products, etc. at Smart Skin Med Spa. Please, respect our policy and the employees. If you contact employees, you jeopardize their position here at Smart Skin. Health Conditions

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

Gratuity

Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happy. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is greatly appreciated. We suggest 15% to 20% of the full price of the service provided. You may tip Esthetician in the room or upon checkout. We accept Venmo or cash.

Returns of Services

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any smart skin med spa treatment series that are purchased. We will exchange them for med spa credit of equal value to any of the services.

Returns of Products

 We will happily accept unused and unopened products for an in-store credit. We regret that any used or opened products may not be returned.
